Some but not all the instructor are good.  You need to audit your instructor more. The one at 5:30 Wednesday at Medford is horrible.   You also need to open earlier on the weekendsespecially during the summer )
The terrible mismanagement by the owners and mistreatment of excellent instructors(who left) is the reason I left as well.  Beware!!! It is still run by the same owners, just a name change!

We stopped in because they were running a special on their website and we wanted to look at the facility and to confirm the special rate they were offering. Upon entering I was overwhelmed by the strong smell of chlorine originating from the indoor pool. (strike one) We were welcomed by a staff member at the the check in desk and asked how we could be helped. We explained our reason for stopping in and the response was that we had to sign in first. We explained we only want to confirm the special rate and the reply was they were not trained to answer that question and that the only person that could answer any questions on membership was currently busy. (strike two) We were told we had to sign and and wait or we could make an appointment and come back, inly then could we get a tour (strike three). We won’t be back.

Ripped two pairs of pants in the sauna there's nails everywhere on the benches. However they did fix all of the issues, so besides that when I cancelled my membership they didn't make any fuss, and I am back on this side of the state for the winter so I am going to try to sign up again tomorrow, hopefully the prices and down payment didn't change to much.

Love This Gym. It has a variety of Circuit Training Equipment, Free Weights, Cardio and a Pool.  Clean Locker Rooms also.  I have been a member for a year now and am very happy.   This gym is for people who are serious about getting in better shape..

Ive not received any call back for information after 3 calls. After my 4th call I was scheduled for an appointment and upon arriving was told the sales manager was not in and I could go to Cherry Hill.

SERIOUSLY displeased.
