All of this was for the same problem. The first two times I went, to have the battery looked at, the wait was decent and the staff were very helpful/professional. the third time I went, to actually turn in my MacBook Pro to have the battery replaced, the employee taking names before the store opened told me I would receive 4 texts, only got 2. then, after waiting about an hour I went back up to him and he asked me where I went, I was outside sitting in the chairs. While I was talking with him I received 4 more texts. then I waited over an hour at the genius bar for them to take my mac. Some days are good, some not so much.

If you take anything away from this review know this: Unless you have Applecare insurance or a warranty, Apple WILL NOT help you with a defective product for ANY REASON. They refused to assist me with my product (that had internal software issues) unless i paid them hundreds of dollars. After only 2.5 years my computers internal components failed and Apple refused to assist me because i did not have insurance. IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE, THE MANUFACTURER SHOULD FIX IT. The reason Apple is so successful is because they scam their customers out of money. My MacBook Pro screen went black one day. The computer itself still worked but the screen was not functional. My computer was less than 3 years old with no sort of physical damage. Apple geniuses said I had to pay $500 to send in my computer to an engineer to have it fixed. My dad looked at my computer, took the back off, disconnected the battery for about 10 minutes, reassembled the computer and it works just fine now. The employees at Apple had no idea what they were doing and are not what I would consider "genius". They tried to scam me out of hundreds of dollars for a simple fix. I don't recommend this store or this company. EDIT: Don't bother trying to call the store because after waiting for a brief period while the phone rings, the call just ends. HAPPENED TO ME 4 TIMES. This is why I recently bought a Samsung phone. Their staff cannot meet the customer demand. Poor service.

Products are great and people are nice, BUT Genius Bar/tech support is horribly slow. Hallmark of Apple has always been amazing customer service, but this location (only in town) is just way too slow. Takes several days to get help. They usually have 5-10 sales people just standing around. They should train more techs and have 1 or 2 fewer sales reps.

Very bad service, extremely rude to customers. never coming back, very disappointed with Apple. Lack of welcoming at appointment with out solutions and the scheduling person extremely rude, customer service seems to lack to almost all apple employees. They need a lot of training to represent apple's image.

Not sure why people have had such a horrible experience here, but when I read the reviews, I didn't want to take my MacPro in for service. I even begged Apple to give me another option. Well, let me just say that is was the absolute best experience. There was no waiting, the repair was perfect, and everybody I spoke to in the store was professional and kind. Maybe some people just had a different experience, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Well done, Apple.
