Good place but very n organized in the new placement... The isles are very loud and it's hard to navigate with all the booths of texh sponsors over taking the floor now.   Love the selection online but can't always find in the physical store.  Definitely wouldn't buy a phone from there anymore they never explain the hidden fees that the carrier will charge on discounted devices.  Best bet is to go to the corporate store to get the fine print explained. But not a terrible place to shop

Not bad. Usually out of stock of popular items. You can lucky and find nice open boxed items priced way low. Staff doesn't know their elbow from their toe but they try. Customer service is average. They price match with Amazon but it's not a big deal since i think they all do. Also, they always have old prices or items stocked in incorrect places which makes you argue with cashier or manager.

I really wish I could remember the guy's name who helped me. He was GREAT. Glasses, scraggly hair, very smart. Phone section, helped me get a Note 8. He was so good! Great experience, and good phone.

Store is clean and well organized. The staff at customer service was good. I worked with mobile rep Daniel and the manager on duty (cant remember his name). The manager was helpful and talked to us the whole time. Daniel offered to have my information transferred to my new phone. I really appreciated that because it saved me time and hassle.

I Purchased the camera lens that did not work with my camera. Best Buy would not offer me any options for replacing a returning the lines. Best Buy sucks! They have lost a customer for life. What good is it to have a physical store? I’m sure Amazon is a better option!
