Employees have no idea what they are doing. I waited in line for 20 minutes for a store pick up, only to wait in line again for another 10 minutes in a different line, then back to my original line. The employee was asking me how the store pick up works. I told her, all I got was a pick up notification stating that my item was ready. I have no idea how YOUR process works. If they hired competent and courtesy people, maybe Sears and Kmart wouldn't be closing left and right.

I've purchases 3 major appliances from here and only once was the service exceptional. Although learn from my pain and let me save you some money on appliances bought here. Find what you want, then get on you phone and go to Sears website. Press their menu button and go to "coupons". Then show your phone to the sales rep and have them enter the number. BAM! Sometimes it's $20 or sometimes 10 percent. But $20 is $20 to spend somewhere else.

Do not ever buy anything from these thieves, especially a warranty. We scheduled to have our AC fixed, under warranty, they say two weeks is the soonest. So we wait 2 weeks and they say oh we don't have a technician but we can schedule for the 7 or 15. Are you kidding we waited long enough. I have a toddler and a pregnant wife in this heat we both work and go to UTEP and we get treated horribly when we paid extra for a service. Totally uncalled for and unprofessional. Horrible horrible company

Pretty fast online purchasing and pick-up..I love the reminders you get through email and texts letting you know your items are ready to be picked up..Awesome!!

We are not satisfied with this store. My in-laws are in their late 80s and spent seven hours here dealing with these employees regarding a part that was ordered incorrectly.   Today, my mother-in-law had to return to the store again.  We do not live  in El Paso, so it is been very difficult advising them  and trying to help them.  Overall, Sears customer service in the automotive department has been a horrible experience for us. They just seem to be going downhill from the customer service that I was used to years ago.
