Terrible customer service with the delivery staff. Raul Garcia was extremely rude and not understanding. Very disappointed my wife and I waited for our delivery for a long time and he couldn't give us 5 minutes to decide if we wanted to keep the washer or not. He said the valves were rusted and he couldn't take off the hose. As soon as they left I bought a wrench and I was successful in taking the hose off. Staff like him shouldn't go to customers house and represent Best Buy the way he did. Now I need to wait for another delivery date.

I love this store. The staff was super helpful and friendly too. Also i was really happy with the purchase that i made.

They were great. They help me out with my problem. I also bought a range and Alan explained everything on the item and his customer service was excellent.
