Long wait and the staff make you fee like a hot potato. 

It should have been a 5 minute purchase that turned into a 30 minute wait then more waiting for someone to fetch what I'm buying from the back. 

Also, they should reimburse parking if someone buys something and is made to wait 30 minutes to make that purchase.

Customer service is not what you would expect from Apple,at least  couple of years back. Rather drive to Another further location than return here. Purchased a new phone which was not setup properly. Employees are not trained properly. Employee response was “this is your phone.... “

MAY 8- I had made an appointment thru the Westchester Apple store at the Ridge Hill store only to be told I did NOT have an appointment. Needless to say I was NOT happy. I waited 30minutes to be seen by a Genius. 
It was worth the wait... HEARTFELT THANKS  to Shanice & Terrance
SHANICE spent a lot of time with me as I needed help with my brand new iPhone because of issues. She was so patient personable and warm ... a real asset to your company! Pleas extend my THANKS
TERRANCE came in to handle another issue and again was so personable and knowledgeable. THANKS to him too. 
You are so fortunate to have them representing you ... I wish I could see them every time I go to your Apple store!!

Another great experience. So very painless. Called found out what I needed was in stock. Drove there was attended to immediately upon entering. I walked out paid in full within 15 min. Staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. It was a very good experience, for one who does not do malls and stores well.

Absolutely worst customer service. The workers act like they're doing you a favor. Had to walk out after waiting several minutes on a slow day.
