All Star sales staff and management from the PC Richard and Son Yonkers location!! Manager Eddie and salesman Ramon were very courteous and professional. I came in to get a new Wall Air Conditioner and they knew exactly what I needed by asking important qualifying questions that narrowed down my selection; at first I was intimidated by all the air conditioners they sell but with their help I was able to buy quickly and at a great price.

I just picked up an AC from this PC Richards and the manager I think he’s name is Oscar really does his job very well making sure all the salespeople are serving customers. He is also very knowledgeable and does what he can to help you. He does a great job Managing and or supervising this  establishment   I will definitely shop there again!!!

Bought a bluesy player that never worked. I went to exchange it the day after and the said they would repair it. Waited 3 weeks and they said it could not be fixed. So I wanted my money back and they said no returns. Called there corprate office and they said it's the stores issue now. So they took my money for a product that never worked.Will never stop foot or even look in the direction of a PC Richard ever again in my life. The only place I can say I HATE with a passion. If I could give them 0 stars I would give them -5.

I was taken care of with absolute professionalism at the PC Richards Yonkers store by sales counselor Craig Warmbrand. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of appliances and I felt very comfortable making the purchase with him. I will make sure to send all my family and friends to him because I know they will receive superior service from him.

I just wanted to give acknowledgement to the great work at the Yonkers PC Richards from the staff and management and as well as Craig who helped me with my purchases of my entire Jenn-Air kitchen. Im very satisfied and will continue to make all my purchases in this store because of Craig and the great service they provide. Very professional, patient and friendly service is not very common nowadays but you can definitely expect it from Craig and Pc Richards!
