Honestly, save your time and go to the official Verizon store in Cross County instead. It's about ten minutes away and far more pleasant experience than you'll get in this store.

Brad helped me out today. He could not have more professional, helpful, nor pleasant. This particular location has been incredibly hands-on. I will keep coming back here, even though most of my time is spent in Manhattan. It's low-key down to earth feel makes it special. Keep up the fantastic job, y'all.

Today I went into the store to purchase a new phone. The representatives in this location were very knowledage about all of the different plans and pricing. I also was given a Fios quote while at the store and might switch to Fios. Great customer service from everyone at this store!

Last Saturday Oct. 1st, I upgraded to a new Apple 7 Plus in the Verizon store in Ridge Hill, Yonkers. I was assisted by Danielle, who was incredibly helpful, professional,  competent, friendly and patient. I am nearly technologically illiterate, but Danielle led me through the steps required to exchange my 6 Plus for a new 7 Plus. She processed everything expeditiously, and told me that she expected my new phone to come in much sooner than we had been told in the Apple store. Yesterday we received a call that the phone was already in, and today my partner Donna and I returned to pick up the phone. Once again, Danielle was extraordinary- responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, fast, focused, and supportive. She made what for me is often an anxiety-provoking experience into an easy, quick, and highly successful event. I'm sure that Danielle isn't being paid enough, deserves a raise and a promotion, and has earned a shout-out for her exemplary service to Verizon and Verizon's customers. My feelings about Verizon have soared as a result of the outstanding work that Danielle did working with us over the past week. Thanks Danielle, and thanks Verizon, for enabling me to get my new Apple 7 Plus- with a better plan and savings to boot.

Amelia is the best sale person! She helped me out with what I needed. Very helpful and informative. Showed patience! She's wonderful. I would highly recommend her. She makes me want me to come back to the Verizon store! Give her a raise! Thank you Amelia.
