Worst music store I have ever been. These guys should work on a comition maybe then they would care more. I wanted buy $1500 guitar , I asked for 2 guitars to compare, short guy with beard  gave me one and he gone. When I finished playing no one showed up to help me . I stood there maybe half an hour and nobody was interested in helping me, then I hanged the guitar and left. Just had to make a trip to another store. Never come back there again.

This was my first time at Guitar Center and I found this location to be extremely understaffed and disorganized. It took me close to two hours to make a simple purchase. They really needed more staff on, especially during the week between Christmas and New Year's when everyone's returning Christmas gifts. I really felt sorry for the one cashier that was swamped by returns and sales in the department where I was. Also, I was extremely disappointed with the parking system at the Ridge Hill shopping center. Would not return again to this location again.

Good staff with a terrible manager, I was playing the drums and I said "I wish I knew how to play a good song and the manager walks by and says "I wish you knew how to play too." Honestly it was just straight rude and when I went to the front to complain they told me that there was nothing I could do, he was the manager. I would never go back.
