Friendly and professional staff.
Stopped by to get some information about the BOGO Black Friday deal.
Alejandro was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions. After talking to him I decided to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. The whole process took a little longer than I anticipated, but Alejandro's guidance made the transition a smooth one. 
Aneel and the rest of the staff was also very friendly and clearly demonstrated a sense of professionalism and cooperation.

Aww man where do I start? I love this store and the people who run it. They're always very helpful, all my questions are answered in a timely fashion and they're  always nice. I personally consider this store my T-Mobile spot. Rock on! Shout out to Suanny!!

My day before Christmas Eve visit to the T-Mobile Store on Central Avenue in Yonkers was by far the BEST customer service experience I have had in a very long time.  Perhaps the busiest retail day of the year and the store manager, Aneel, was incredible!  Thoughtful, respectful, energetic, and very well informed, Aneel listened and quickly addressed both my husband and my questions, reviewed our plans, made a money saving recommendation, implemented it, and helped us both transition to our new phones.  Aneel even got me a chair while he transferred the data and settings from my old phone to my new phone. He greeted every customer as they entered the store and made certain they each received immediate service from the great team manning the store.  If you are looking for a model for what customer service is supposed to look like, look no further.

All staff were friendly and helpful at all points of business transactions. From a customer stand point staff were professional in all tasks providing great customer service. Made you feel welcome without pressure of just trying to make a sale. The staff genuinely makes you feel comfortable in helping find the right product for general use. I highly recommend coming to this store location for any business.
This is the better Yonkers location out of all the others. I will return again in the future.
