Very impressed! Visited around 6:30pm on a Friday night and was seated right away. Our server Joseph was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. His recommendations were great and his tips were helpful and appreciated. Our appetizers and drinks came within minutes and our entrees took only 10mins after that! Joseph checked on us every time he passed our table and made sure our glasses were never empty. When my salad came a little behind, the manager and server were both quick to address it & make it right. The food was delicious and we love the 1/2 off appetizers during happy hour! This was only our second time to an Applebees and we definitely plan on making it a regular date night. Overall, on both occasions, we found a consistency of flavorful food, great specials, exceptional waiters/waitresses, a team that works efficiently and a cozy atmosphere. Thank you Joseph & staff!

min for a drink. An hour for food to arrive... oh wait! An order was forgotten when it was only two of us.. attention to the gentlemen in burgandy shirt, I guess you are the manager.. your staff was just hanging near the restrooms and kept making fun of customers.. no good.

Very nice restaurant.  We were seated right away and our waitress, Cleo, immediately brought our menus and took our drink orders. She was very friendly and had answers for all of our questions.  The bacon chicken sandwich I ordered was very good.  One of the best I've had.  The chicken was very moist and flavorful.  I'd order it again.  My husband ordered the never ending riblet's and enjoyed his as well.  We plan on returning soon.

Food is good, service is great. Tabletop kiosks useful for ordering desert and paying bill. I've been here a couple of times, nearly a year apart and each server was personable and efficient.

Waited for 15 minutes before our waiter came to our table, saw several waiters pass by. One older lady server,  kept passing by and never acknowledged us. Eventually we were able to flag someone else down to call our server. Our server said,  "he didn't see us," but we were in the bar area. Not many people seating there.  He apologize and offer some complimentary brownie bites.
