POOR SERVICE. EXTREMELY LONG WAIT TO BE SEATED AND SERVED.
DIRTY FLOORS, DIRTY TABLES.
SEATED AT BAR FOR DINNER.
I WILL NEVER DINE AT APPLEBEES AGAIN.

Your drive up service is one of the wrost, my daughter for the 2nd time has waited for her order. Because you don't have a person to do car side to go you shouldn't offer it... It's not your customers fault that you don't have someone to tend to your customers. Also if & when a customer places there orders & you know you can't service them, will maybe you should tell your customers so that they don't waist there time ordering from this establishment. P.S I don't think I'll go back to this place again...

The parmesan chicken looked better than it tasted which was disappointing because me and my wife were really craving it. The souce tasted like regular tomato souce from a can "yuck"!! And the customer service was not that great, when we got seated there was no utensils nor did we receive none untill the food got to our table. The only reason we got utensils is because we asked for them. The worst part is that both me and my wife left our food unfinished and we weren't even asked if we liked our food after being asked if we would like boxes to go. Applebee's was a disappointment.
