Ordered for pick up multiple times, this poor service is oblivious from the staff to the manager that just walks around and sees everyone pacing for orders. Two weeks ago  I ordered for pick up set time was 8:10 "ready for pick up". No one greets you at the pick up station they ignore you until you try to get their attention, I asked about my order she told me she was gonna check if it was ready. 8:25 she was still at the counter. At 8:30 she goes and checks and then she gives me run arounds, turns out they forgot it/did not make it and they "re-did it" and I got my order until 8:55 to be exact. I knew right away that it was just made because they missed order other things on my order and also some specific details.. the receipt said order in at --->8:35?! I approached the manager and then told him on top of that i got no salsa with my chips? and I didn't get my kids drink? and all he said was I if i wanted a free lemonade for my daughter?! This needs a whole new staff, order accuracy is off, customer service is off, organization is off, management is off.

I love bdubs and try to hit one whenever I am traveling. Went to this one. Sad. There were tons of empty tables, yet myself and about 10 people were waiting because there was no one working the host. Some girl walked by and the guy in front of me asked what was up and she said there was an hour wait. There were servers standing around watching the nfl draft. I finally left after 15 minutes and so did many others.

Happy hour on a Tuesday gets very busy bar is full. Got lucky to get 2 chairs. Slow service it's packed not enough workers.... a lil slow for food and drinks....... understandable since the happy hour is a good deal.........

My order was completely wrong.. and the manager William was an absolute JERK. Told me that Buffalo Wild Wings does not do refunds and its my job to check to make sure my order is right before I leave the restaurant. I will NEVER come back to this location EVER again. I've never had such rude service, especially coming from a "manager"

The service is awesome, take a bit long with the drinks but it's fine, talking with friends make the time fly quick, fun place to eat
