The family did not eat in. but as soon as we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome. we were taken care of promptly and also given a time for our food to be ready. Great place our server was Dani. she was really great beautifull smile great eye contact and great listener did not have to repeat anything we ordered she got everything down. if i lived around here this the place to go. the food was great too. everything was as ordered.

We stopped at this Applebees for a quick bite after a long road trip. The restaurant is conveniently located off the highway - easy to get to...   we were greeted right away, and it looked to be pretty crowded, but nothing too crazy !!   We were given a 10-15 min wait, which was pretty accurate (it was strange to see lots of empty tables, but lots of people waiting to be seated along with us).....   once seated, We were greeted promptly by our server...   once we ordered food, it came pretty quickly, and prepared as ordered....   the food was good - no complaints at all about it !!    The only reason I gave them a 4 star rather than 5, is because we had asked for a couple of things from our server (straws, ketchup), and they never came back with them....  otherwise, everything was great, and I would go back again if I was in the area, and would recommend it for a quick bite to eat, at a reasonable price !

Average location, average service, the usual menu of freshly microwaved appetizers and semi-prepaired main courses. Decent selection of beers, on tap and in bottles.  We ordered and shared a few appetizers, and within minutes, 2 in our party had upset stomachs. There is only one cabin in the bathroom, so a line formed.  Far less from ideal on both counts. The waitress was attentive and service was good. Avoid the food.

Called to make reservation, and was told that reservations weren't necessary. My party(party of 11) arrived at the restaurant, and was told that we had an hour wait because their were other parties( parties of 14 or more) that reserved all ready and that the staff was still waiting on them to arrive. We were told by host, that there wasn't any space to accommodate our large party at the time. I informed the host several times that I called and was told that they didn't take reservations. I showed the host my phone to acknowledge that I most certainly called and was told I called the wrong Applebee's. I didn't, after showing the host my proof, that I actually did call this particular Applebee's, he immediately made seating arrangements for my party. Great food, horrible service from the hosting staff, great service from serving staff.

Should be a better place.  They need to upgrade in a bunch of areas.  Applebee's could be much better.  The potential is there.
