So, here it was I thought I was special. I thought I was Dori and Bri’s (may have spelled that incorrectly) favorite customer! Well, after sitting in for breakfast I discovered these ladies truly are gems and very personable with all of their customers. That’s not a common thing in the fast food industry. Megan, the evening manager is just as sweet. Honestly I can’t complain about any service I’ve received thus far. The food is always fresh and hot.... and you never have to ask for napkins 🤗

I dont understand the point of making an online order if i cant pick it up on the drive thru ,also they keep asking me what dresinh i wanted when i already put the info in my order, and they dont pay attention to what u answer either, they gave me a wrong dressing which was spicy when i asked for avocado lime.. completely dissapointed

I went to the East Gate Square Chic-fil-A on 1/1/18 and unfortunately was thoroughly disappointed when I got home. While at the store I ordered a number 1 meal with extra pickles and American cheese, with the purpose of getting a freshly made sandwich. My receipt says just that, when I took my sandwich out the special sticker said no pickles and American cheese. My sandwich was flat and soggy. When I called the store back to speak with a manager (Nicole) it was told to me that it is this locations policy to not do exchanges past the same day. I said that I would be back within the week but for her that was not okay. I was told I could receive a coupon in the mail but I am not comfortable giving out my address. I frequent this location often but I am now saddened to go else where.

Extremely clean restaurant and very presentable! The staff is more than friendly, just like all Chick-Fil-A's! Great fast food!!
