Stopped in for cappuccinos after a dinner out. Drinks were well prepared. Very nice seating area. Convenient location.

That's the last time! I've given them enough chances to convince me it's worth the wait. IT'S NOT!!! I was literally in the drive-thru for 13 minutes! I asked why the wait was so long, I was told because they were "slammed by on-line orders". What?!? I guess the on-line orders take priority over the customers who are actually there in person? To top it off, I specifically asked for lite-ice, and I get a cup full of ice. The last time, there was so much ice, I couldn't stir it with a straw. This place either needs to be re-trained or they are understaffed or incompetent! Taking my business else where! Might try DD again

This particular starbuck's has pretty good service in the mornings and afternoons. However, don't even think about going there at night. I understand the employees are tired, but that doesn't excuse them from doing their job correctly. I went there several minutes before closing and the person did not make my latte right. Go to a 24 hr wawa instead where they will provide you with excellent service.

It's Starbucks, so you know what to expect. Avoid the super slow drive through, and just go inside for a bland Starbucks experience. But if you need a decent coffee, hot or cold, there are no better places to go.

Employees here are always consistent - friendly. Unfortunately, the bathrooms here are also consistent! They always look like... Well... You already know.
