Key words... fast food. Drive-thru line wasn't particularly busy. I went inside and was ignored for several minutes. One other person was ahead of me, who had not been approached or acknowledged... for several minutes. How do I know? I asked him. He'd waited for over 10 minutes just to be told... no pancakes. The workers are lazy and extremely slow. They also need to speak up so they can be heard over the PA system pumping in loud music. The restaurant was clean, but God-awful cold. And tell the workers one doesn't sweep the floor in an active cooking area! My breakfast sandwich order was wrong. How do I ask for - sausage and egg on a bun no cheese and end up with those items + bacon, onions, cheese,  hashbrowns, and some weird sauce?! How? From not listening. Finally, the hash browns were so greasy that they were inedible. No condiments or napkins in bag. I'm one and done with this place.

I always like to have Whataburger every time we go on a road trip. I didn't even know they had locations in MS. I'm glad they do. I really enjoyed the food, and customer service is what you would expect from a 24 location.Food: 4/5

Large order of onion rings only had 2 complete rings, 3/4 of the next one and then a few crumbs :- food wasn't as tasty as well :-. Like a fool I tried them again..this time half my order was missing and the other half was under cooked. And they use to be so good :-

My husband and grandson decided to try Whataburger and my grandson loved his strawberry shake so much so he fell asleep when he finished it. He really enjoyed his double cheese Whataburger the next morning with his fries.  Unlike my husband who enjoyed his triple cheese Whataburger and fries the night before when they were purchased along with his bacon steak burger. I was surprised at how fast the service was and all of the items were right. Great job on that! Keep up the great work.

This store is very clean! I was happy with the person who took my order and everyone else seems genuinely happy to be working. We ate inside. I would stop there again.

Deliciously seasoned grilled chicken cobb salad.  It had mixed greens, crispy bacon, boiled eggs, shredded cheese and tomatoes.   I wanted to post pictures of it because it looked so good but I am not able to.  The kids meals were great. Good burger, warm salty french fries and a soft chocolate chip cookie.Food: 5/5

I placed an online order because the average drive thru wait time at this establishment is 15 minutes if you’re lucky, with the longest time I’ve waited being an hour not many places are open late and I was desperate. I’m not sure why I thought this would improve my experience. I stood under the online pick up sign and was ignored by every employee I made eye contact with for 7 minutes until another patron stopped an employee and told them we needed pick up orders. Foolishly, I did not check my order before leaving, I was just happy to get my food and leave. Besides, I ordered one of their signature burgers, the Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger, how could they possibly mess that up?? I’ll tell you: I got a Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger with no sweet and spicy pepper sauce….which is kind of the whole point of this burger. After the blatant disrespect of being ignored and messing up one of the simplest orders, I will not be returning.

Loved that you could hear and clearly understand the friendly lady on the intercom while making our order. Our order was correct, we didn't have to ask for extra napkins, and the portions were big enough to share. I ordered the bacon burger combo and my little one got the kid's chicken tenders meal. The burger wasn't to my taste, but it had plenty of toppings that were all of good quality. The fries were warm and had just the right amount of salt, but the oil taste was really strong. My kiddo thought her meal was delicious.

Ignorant. The employees have no work ethic whatsoever. They holler and scream at nothing. You will sit in line for 30 minutes before getting served properly. I’ll never come back.  Kid-friendliness: None, whatsoever. Horrible customer service skills and no work ethic.

I ordered a breakfast platter meal this morning 1/7/2024! I didn't get my hashbrowns! The pancakes that I ordered were not completely made. They look like broke pieces of bread.Food: 1/5
