I used the take out method, very fast. My only gripe would be the bartenders..... that's why I took the 2 stars away. They need a proper uniform tank tops and tights? Sorry we are not in a strip/lounge or club . One of the bartenders had so much belly it was just there jiggling. I would not have wanted to sit there and have her serving me drinks. Nothing wrong but have your bartenders dress better .

If I could give zero stars I would.

The server was never available. We waited nearly 30 minutes just to have our drink order taken. Drinks took another 15 minutes to come and when our food order was finally taken and had arrived we had already been in the restaurant for over an hour. Also the restaurant was not busy for a Saturday night. An entire section next to our table was empty when we were seated. When the food did come, the steak I order was rare. Not even close to medium rare as ordered but to the point it was inedible due to how under cooked it was. The server never came back after the food was delivered to check and ensure there were no problems. Finally after using the "call server" button on the PDA at the table when she was told of the problem, I received a blank stare and asked for the manager. The manager was just as useless, giving the same blank stare about under cooked food. Finally after being in the restaurant for over an hour I did not eat, had the one meal removed from the bill and received no other incentive to ever return after an utter failure of a service experience.

I must say that quesadilla burger was very tasty. simple as that. However, that lady is a visitor from out of town paid for my meal tonight. So I thank her. 
With that being said, Applebee's did a fine job.

The server was very informative and great. He suggested some great choices. The service was on point. He also checked on us every chance he got to make sure everything was good. 5* server!☺

In general, the Applebee's chain seems to be past it's prime. The design is decades old, and the stuff on the walls was fun back in the late 90s but feels cluttered and stuffy today. The tables are small and cramped, something which isn't helped by the large tablets stationed on each one and taking up way more space than necessary. The staff is nice and the beer is cold, but the kitchen got my order wrong after waiting a solid 30 minutes for appetizers. It is convenient and consistent food especially for those staying in the hotel next door, but definitely a place of last resort for me.
