Today was one of the worst experiences that I have had in the Burger King. The restaurant was filthy the bathroom was also filthy. The girl at the counter I had to repeat myself several times to her. And they still got my order wrong. When I returned it to get it right it was given back to me again wrong. The service was rude. They also forgot to give me my drink and I had to ask for that a couple of times. And bottom line they started giving me an attitude because they weren't doing their job right. The girls were playing in the back talking on their phones just gossiping whatever they were doing. Too many staff scheduled with Idle Hands. Most of the food that I had gotten was thrown in the trash so we never got to consume it. I would not recommend going to this Burger King for anyone.

This is the far worst Burger King that ever existed!! The owners and management is horrible. They continue to harass paying customers and even those who just walk through the door to put their things down after locating a decent area to sit in that isn't dirty as things usually are there. As soon as you walk in an even attempt to sit you get stares. You can finally place an order after they are finally able to get to you on line just to have to wait for a longer (sometimes) period of time to get the order (in hopes your food is still hot and done / made correct). A friend of mine told me just the other day he was even 10 minutes into biting his food before some little lady came from the back to tell him he only had 30 minutes to eat his food or he would have to leave or make another purchase. Like who from hell are you people here at BK of New Roc City?????? He with a serious and firm tone looked at her and stated could he at least finish what he was already eating? When I tell you this place is horrible at customer service, it is horrible. Some only come just out of this place being in reach to most people's route to where they are headed. Love burger king but some of the employees here need better customer service. A good manager is needed for this spot to take off. Place is usually dirty.

This is the worst run BK I have ever been to. It has been tolerated because of it's prime location and not because of the type of service that is rendered. For the most part they have had many awesome rockstar employees that constantly bust their behinds despite being well under paid, under staffed most of the time, lacking inventory because either the owners are to darn cheap or simply have no idea what they are doing. To say the least!! The daughter of the owners who is one of the head so called training managers is always rude to everyone of the clients. I have along with a few other associates of mine witnessed her looking down on teamsters as well as customers. I have witnessed the crumpy daughter telling a pregnant woman that she couldn't use the restroom unless she buys something. Then yell a crossed the room full of other onlooking customers yelling to the pregnant woman that I will let you use it this time but next time you can't without making a purchase. Clearly I would be surprised if this woman actually has any kids of her own because we all know that pregnant women tend to use the restroom a lot more while pregnant because of the baby pressing down on her uteris. The bathrooms are always dirty and smelly because no one cleans them. You can leave the night before and cone again for breakfast and still see many things out of order and left from the night before. I was banned yesterday for seeing a client and meeting with him at BK. To my surprise the police were called and I was asked to leave the restaurant for no reason at all, me still stunned and shocked by all of this. I am a paying customer and have never ever in my years been treated as such. I was told by the officer that the owners wanted me out and not to return because they didn't know what I was doing on my laptop with another gentleman at my booth.....oh wow really!!!! How about none of your business. As long as I am not doing anything illegal and or unlawful why are you watching me so hard? Not only me but you all come in and out of that branch and constantly harass the customers that are actually keeping your sorry business alive. How about stalk you back of the house and focus on getting and having products for your paying customers??? How do you have a famous burger joint and no fries, no ketchup, no drinks, one day ice cream next none????? Go figure that one out!! No worries you messed with the right one, I am just getting started!!! ~To Be Continued
