Hello Taco Bell corporate, I visited your New Rochelle location on 4/21/2018 at approximately 10:00 pm and had your xxl burrito as I always do when I come here and it usually is excellent but today it tastes a bit off but I brushed it off as maybe my taste buds are a little wacky as I am getting over a cold. I wish that was the case, as soon as I left your fine establishment I got violently ill before I reached my vehicle. The Ranch avocado sauce was very bad and as I looked in the back the guacamole and sauces are not properly stored. It would be very necessary to go over proper food handling and storage with your employees and/or food handlers. I will not eat at this establishment again. if you give this matter your immediate attention then you stand a chance not to loose another loyal customer. Thanks- me

Went through the drive through around 1215am. When we pulled up to the area where you order, nobody was there to take the order, we pulled up to the window where you receive the order and nobody was there either. We know they are open until 2am and seen a few employees in dining area but nobody was working or paying attention to the drive through. We even called to let them know we were at the drive through but nobody picked up. Finally we seen an employee at the window and let him know we had been sitting there and his response was that his head set was off. Eventually a car pulled up to the ordering area so we had to loop back around to the beginning because we had not yet ordered. Other than all that, food was good and hot.

This place is dirty, the tables have crumbs and the employees don’t bother to clean up after customers eat, I sat there for 30 mins and there were 2 employees just chilling talking and not even trying to clean the tables. The tables and chairs were sticky. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands while waiting for my food. Bathroom was disgusting there was feces in the toilet unflushed. I found hair in my food while I was eating i automatically lost my appetite and wanted to vomit. I just left couldn’t stand to stay there another second. I will not return here.

Lol they always get my order wrong. It's funny how this restaurant is still standing. No matter what time of day it is, their cashiers are mentally challenged. They ask for your order, you give them your order, they REPEAT your order, and STILL get it wrong. They ask for your name and I tell you it's pointless. They only say your name twice mostly and you can't hear them say it. At times the soda machine is filthy. No one bothers to clean it up. It makes you think if you should drink their soda or not.

Amazing service. The employee who took my order was very professional and patient. Received my meal at a fast pace and with everything I originally ordered.
