The orders were delivered incorrectly. Very poor service by servers. They would leave for extended periods of time, even after we asked for a steak knife, because my wife's steak came out without one, the server did not bring it out and we ended up asking a different server to get one. The food quality is very poor. Our utensils are dirty almost every time we visit (which is about once every 3 to 6 months). The place inside is also unclean and somewhat dingy.

What a Horrible experience. We see the sign and see "under new management" (for the 3rd time) and decide to give it a chance. It is always bad. Tonight we arrived were seated and watched as 2 other groups were seated after us. They received their drinks and had someone take their order and we still had not had our drink orders taken. Asked the hostess and was told they would be with us. after another 10 minutes of nothing we left. Between Bad food and Bad service they need to close this place down. Someone get us a Chili's or Olive Garden.

Between us and the TV we were watching was a plate filled empty table. It sat that way for more than half of our meal, an unappetizing display. It wasn't that busy, seemed careless. Waitress appeared over worked, slow service but it wasn't that crowded. Food was good.

Waitress was good. She had two tables of large groups (ours was 10) and she did very well.

Worst experience ever. We waited for 45 minutes for our food. I asked the waitress if our food was about ready and she was not very nice about it. Then when we got our bill they charged all of us anywhere from $1.50 to $6.50 of hidden charges then bade us look like fools when we approached them. Pretty sure I'll never go back!
