This store was actually out of fries.  Lol! Obviously the store manager should be retrained. Unfortunately this isn't the only issue. The store was dirty. Tables having been wiped down and it had a rotten smell. Not impressed at all. The manager Sunday night was also rude the the employees right in the front counter area. She wasn't professional at all and would spit when she spoke.

Food is what you'd expect from Wendy's - okay. Dining room floor was gross! Smashed fries and spilled drinks. They mopped an area where a drink spilled and apparently didn't notice how gross the floor was everywhere else. Flies,not suprisingly, were thick.

Wendy's in Tooele has always been mediocre in thier service. Every 2 or 3 times I go, my order ends up being  wrong ( getting someone else's order - tomato on my burger when I asked for it to be removed) or an item is missing.  I never leave the window until I have checked that at least everything is in there. Tonight I pulled up and tried to place my order 4 times and the girl taking my order was very obviously not paying attention to me and was then frustrated at me for correcting her when she added incorrect items on the window.  I became frustrated  but still remained polite. When I grabbed my bag of food the manager handed me my food and was very polite. I don't remember his name but he is a taller man and I always appreciate his service when I get him. He is very professional.  Now everything was in my bag, however when I got home and opened everything up... I was very upset. I found my chicken sandwich smashed flat and same with the burger I ordered. The burger had no cheese, which I ordered. They gave me I've tea not power aide that I ordered.    I am not impressed with decline in polite  and 
Accurate  customer service in Tooele. I can count on 3 fingers  which restaurants, fast-food joins in Tooele I have never complained about because they had excellent service ( even if they made a mistake, they were fantastic  at remedying the situation.)  I won't be returning to Wendy's if thier staff are blatantly rude, don't listen, give me the wrong order and smash the shiz  out of my food.  Go elsewhere...
