The food is amazing! I've never been a huge fan of panda but this store had the best food out of all the ones in Utah imo. The employees are nice and try very hard to help people fix problems with their food. The manager Shane is cool too

I haven't eaten here much because the service is usually kind of bad. Today, the service was horrible. When we arrived the place was not busy, but there was no food ready. They tried to serve me some noodles that someone else didn't want. Someone else must have changed their mind or something because they were putting some noodles that had been served into a to go container back into the pot to serve to others. That didn't fly with me. They said that they were just finishing off new batches of the food we wanted and asked us to wait a few minutes for them to be ready. While we waited the place got busy and they were serving the new customers the food that should have been served to us. When we asked for our food to be served they acted as if they had forgotten about us even though our half filled food containers were sitting front and center waiting for the food. We finally got our food ~25 minutes later. It was cold and mushy and everything seemed to be real bottom of the barrel stuff. We won't be eating here again. Terrible experience.

Absolutely love the food here. It's been awhile since I've gone and food was exactly as it should Be! The workers were all very nice as well. Unfortunately, it took them almost 20 minutes to get me my food because they ran out of teriyaki chicken. If you want to be in and out of this place, don't expect it to happen!

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of Winter. We have been waiting for almost 15 minutes for our food and she has made sure everything is taken care of. She is the one working her butt off to make things right and go as smooth as possible. Step up Panda...
