Food is fine, but whenever we are here, the employees never seem to be excited. They barely acknowledge that we are even there. Seems like they do just enough to get by.

In the last 12 months that I have been coming here, nothing has changed. There is a high turnover rate and the newbies are stuck helping the customers and making the sandwiches while the more experienced are in the back doing something that no one really knows. There is usually just one person slowly, very slowly, making the sandwiches. You got a couple of people in line? You are looking at a 15 min wait. You got four in line? Theres going to be some time on your hands. If this business would just alter their ways slightly then it would be a win-win for everyone. But in this sorry state, it totally reflects on the managers and owner.

Decently fast and reliable, loads better than the Subway on main street, these guys are less stingy about vegetables. I totes love Jess and Hunter, they're the easiest to talk to and are sure to get it done right.
