Immediately sat and then no one came to our table. At least 4 servers stood at the back station talking and never moved. After a good 10-15 minutes we left. The host told us to have a good evening. We told her no one ever came to our table and preceded to hold the door and say “sorry”.  With the exception of the bar area there were only about 6 tables sat so it was not that they were busy. I will go to Copper River and pay a little extra and have better food and service.

If you like mediocre drinks, a 'I can't hear myself think environment', with children screaming at the top of their lungs this is your place! Seriously, if it wasn't for the Fiesta Lime chicken we'd never go. The service is always prompt, the food is always correct. No complaints about the place, just the clientele it attracts. It is Applebee's, after all.

Mashed potatoes were half mashed (they had huge unmashed chunks). Brocolli was more uncooked than steamed and hardly even warm. Service was terrible. Had to ask for all drink refills, waitress seemed to have an attitude when we finally was able to get her attention to ask for refills.

The food was great. The service was fast, the staff was friendly and made you feel at home. There was a situation that needed attention. Management handled it very discreet and in a  professional manner. Kudo's to the Applebee's Team!
