Everything was perfect! Our server, Amy provided us with everything we needed. She was very prompt and thoughtful. The food was also great! I was very pleased with this particular Fatz.

Worst experience ever. When our food arrived the fries were only warm and wimpy. Our waitress never came back to check on us and she we finally got her attention we asked for hot fries because of how ours were. Finally after 20 minutes waiting we found another waitress and told her to tell her to forget because I was already done with the rest of the meal. Then she brings them out and says the me. Says to give them to me anyway? Really I deidnt want french fries for dessert. After that she had major attitude there our bill on the table just very rude. Sorry to say I had half a meal she got half the tip. I'll never go back...such a shame this place went down hill.

Kayla was a great waitress! I enjoyed the all the you can eat ribs with the gold sauce. I will come again.

Visited this restaurant with my family and it were the worst service ever. The food were cold and the manager didn't even apologize. The only thing she did were tried to bring some hot food back to us. We will not be going back there anytime soon

Portions as the name suggests are huge. The service is great. I used to come here with my grandfather and one day he came in for lunch after a minor surgery on his eyes he hadn't been allowed to eat breakfast and he wasn't particularly in the mood for lunch. When the waitress asked him what he would like he said "well what I really want is some bacon eggs and toast" (this is not a dish they offered at that time) but the fatz we frequent happens to be in the Same parking lot as a grocery store, the waitress went to the store bought bacon and eggs and made my grandfather bacon eggs and toast! That is service unlike anywhere else.
