My family and I are sitting at the Pizza Hut in Greer and let me just say this is by far some of the WORST service I have ever encountered! The music is so loud we can't even carry on a conversation. They told us they ran out of pan pizza?!?! Isn't pan pizza made by putting pizza dough in a certain style pan!?!?! So either you don't have any pans or something is wrong!!! We have been here for over 30 minutes and only saw our waitress once.. (when we ordered) Then while waiting we watched them actually set a gentleman down at dirty table... He then asked twice before they cleaned it.

Three menu items we ordered tonight were either wrong or didn't get it at all but tables arriving after and ordering after us did get. Had to get up multiple times to get things. I would no recommend this pizza hut.

*Edited to add... the new manager of the location called me a couple of weeks after this instance (in the beginning of May... it is now September) and told me shed credit my account $25 for the incredibly awful service. I called in and magically my $25 has been used, but no-one knows how, or by, or why. But it surely was not me.... so just another reason to avoid using this pizza hut. This is probably the worst service I'm receiving over, and over again. I don't know why I decided to give them more chances.... but I am definitely steering clear*

I was completely shocked with my experience with this pizza hut. 
My first delivery I had ordered, it took 1.5 hrs for them to deliver my pizza. It was cold. I still took it.
A few weeks ago ordered carryout, they made it incorrectly and told Id need to pay for delivery. I had a screaming baby in the car so I took it as is.
Today was most shocking. I Ordered at 755pm. Called them at 915, as the order was not here. At 925 the driver called me and I explained to him that I put directions in the notes. He then started going on and on about some emergency vehicles nearby and I said "sir, nothing is going on can you please just get here" and at this point he told me he is taking the food back to pizza hut and that I can call them. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I will not be returning to any pizza hut again.

I wish I could give 0 stars.  I've called corporate many times about issues here I cannot even begin to explain, yesterday the girl at the counter was crying because everyone had been waiting for HOURS I ordered a delivery and 3 hours later, no food.  GO to the Taylors location its worth it there,  this place needs a whole new staff and management

Hard to contact by phone now.  Eventually crooked AT&T exploits the situation by trying to trick you into being gouged for callback service.
The employees are all nice people, maybe underpaid and under-appreciated by an idiot boss?  Could such a thing happen nowadays?
Once I get my order placed it's always correct, hot, on time, at the correct price.
