Tried to place an order online tonight 20 mins. before closing, but system wouldn't let me so we tried calling several times. No answer. Got to store 5 minutes before closing and it took a few moments for someone to come out of hiding from the back.  (No other customers in the store, everything had long been wrapped up and most of the lights were already of) Once noticed, Emily pulls a phone out of her back pocket to what I can only assume is to look at the time, and quickly calls out for other employee to lock door because they are closed (even though it wasn't quite 10 yet)...obviously meant more for our behalf. Ordered 5 sandwiches (Totaling about $46) and after every sandwich order was placed, Emily sighed deeply and loudly making it quite clear she didn't want to help us.  Even made a point to inform me they closed at 10. My response to her: "Yes, I understand, but we tried calling all the way here in order to avoid this but no one wanted to answer." Very rude service Emily. 

*Please tell your owner my on-the-go family of 5 (who eat out more often than not) will not be back because of YOUR poor customer service. Sad really, because the food is actually good!

Word to the wise: As a manager myself, I know the cost of advertising dollars spent to get people in the door.  Thank goodness my staff knows if someone walks in 1 hour or 1 minute prior to closing - you're not closed and they get treated the same as anyone else. Too bad my competition don't have more Emily's!

Best tasting subs around. I don't know how they do it but always first rate! I've tried jazzing up a subway sub but there is no comparison. Keep it up JM's. Blessings,

Every experience has been great!  The food is way better than Subway or Firehouse.
