I hardly ever go to Waffle House. Not because I don't like it, but because the rest of my family doesn't care for it that much. I stopped in and ordered an omelette and ask for onions mushrooms peppers and ham. When I got it it had jalapeno peppers on it. I didn't realize that's the only kind of peppers they have. The waitress very kindly took it back and had them make me another one although I told her I could just pick it out. Exceptional service and wonderful food! I will definitely be back.

Visited for breakfast on 9-23-17. Waitress was pleasant and provided good and friendly service. But, as I was enjoying(?) my meal with my friend, sitting 2 tables from and facing the restroom area, my waitress exited the ladies room as the loud flushing of the toilet was in the starting mode. No, she ABSOLUTELY DID NOT wash her hands!!! No water and No Soap and water. DISGUSTING!!!! And, as she was an older woman, it would appear to be a life-long habit of behavior of NOT WASHING her hands in the proper way after using the toilet. And then coming out and directly to my seating area to start touching all customers food dishes, eating utensils and coffee cups??? YES, DISGUSTING!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSES FOR THIS TO EVER HAPPEN!!!! NONE!!!! ESPECIALLY WHEN EATING OUT!!!!! But this issue is not just with the Waffle House, this happens EVERYWHERE, and is a clear result of POOR TRAINING and POOR MANAGEMENT!!! The rest room signs usually say.... "ALL EMPLOYEES MUST WASH THEIR HANDS BEFORE RETURNING TO WORK." And i say...WHAT??? REALLY??? And the health benefits of that is what? If the employee food handlers do happen to wash their hands after using the toilet ...WITH SOAP AND WATER -(and/or picking up things dropped on the floor) -are their hands still reasonably clean from the bathroom bacteria after touching the filthy and disgusting door handle that has been touched by EVERYONE ELSE USING THE BATHROOM??? Of course not!!! Yet no one really seems to care. How come that sign doesn't say what it should say.... "TO PROTECT THE HEALTH OF OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS -EVERYONE MUST WASH THEIR HANDS WITH SOAP AND WATER AFTER USING THE TOILET." And maybe then we'd have less reasons for becoming mysteriously ill??? And don't get me started on all the cellphones being handled on the job, after they've all been used in the bathroom -yes, including mine. No, we're never going to keep all the Bathroom Bacteria from escaping the bathroom and causing people to get sick, but doing very little or nothing at all will never help to keep us ALL as healthy as we should be. Why should we all be subject to possibly getting sick when eating out? RESTAURANTS!!!!! CLEAN UP YOUR ACT!!!! AND ALSO.... NO EXCUSES! NONE! -KEEP THOSE FILTHY BATHROOMS CLEAN!!!

This waffle house was extremely loud, even for a Waffle House. It was not very clean, and I was charged incorrectly for my meal. The staff was more interested in talking to each other than taking care of the customer.

This location will not answer . I tried calling over 12 times with no answer . I'm here now . I called while sitting here and the phone rings but the employees ignore it . There are only 5 customers here so it's definitely not because they are too busy .

I went to Waffle House with my family and my nephew picked a booth for us but before we sat down I noticed about 20 flies in the window and around the condiments, so we say a few booths away. In hindsight, we Should have left, for health & safety reasons. Anyway, there were DOZENS OF FLIES behind the shades on the other windows. I said something to the waitress and she said she has tried everything to get rid of them for OVER A MONTH. I was grossed out and disgusted. When we say down, we had to ask for our table to be wiped off, as ALL of the tables were dirty. The waitress was sweet and attentive (only positive about the visit). The food was not as good as WH usually serves. It was greasy, bread was soggy, the hasbrowns barely done. We will never go back to that health hazard dump again! Disgusting!
