My husband and I just had a terrible experience. Our waiter was good and he can get 4 stars for his service. However the rest was terrible. The wait time for our appetizer and for our food was really long. It took over 40min to get our food. My husband ordered a sweet tea that was not sweet at all. We both had the rib basket, our fries were cold and the ribs were cold and not even good. As we were walking out I overheard another customer saying their sweet tea was not sweet either.

The wait for the food was understandable because the place was busy but during our 2.5 hrs here, we only got a refill once. And I had to ask for that. Really? The new menu isn't the best for anyone looking for variety and the bathroom...oh my. We were there from 5 to 8 and the last time anyone checked it (according to the log) was 10:45 and trust that was believable. The food tasted pretty good however the ice cream served with the brownie was slightly melted. Guess it had sat around waiting to be delivered. Tried again (08/20/17)... wow. Kaleb was nice but overall still disappointed. Ordered soup that looked like it was missing some it. Guess this will be our last attempt.

I can call myself a regular here since I come here often for happy hour or grab a quick bite to eat with my Mom. Honestly their service is very hit or miss. I've had experiences were the service was horrible and then there have been days the service was on point. My recent experience was pretty decent. My mom and I ordered the 2 for $25 which comes with an appetizer and 2 entrees. We ordered the house salad which was excellent. My entree was the 4cheese Mac & Cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders and my mom had the Bourbon street Chicken and Shrimp. Both meals were cooked well done and fresh. We didn't have to wait long for our meals. Our waiter was pleasant and provided us with excellent customer service. This experience was much better then the last one we had were the waitress was rude and constantly messed up our order. This was a sign of relief. Maybe this place is going through new management(hopefully). All in all until next time. Hopefully the service here will keep getting better and better.

We went there for lunch with our KIDS! and there was A ROACH on the window, we told the waitress and she said she'd get a manager, manager came out to look and no one did anything. We asked the waitress if someone was going to get it. She told us it was on the wall but they couldn't find it (we saw it on the window never the wall so she clearly knew there was one) and we pointed it out to her and FINALLY about a half hour later someone came out to get it. Very disgusted and I understand it happens but I hope it doesn't appen again!

The food was good, but goodness, is this place filthy. The greeter and our server both had on very dirty shirts, the bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while as evidenced by the wads of hair in the sink (btw it was only 1130 so it should have been clean), and just generally dirty everywhere you look. Service was decent.
