I'm giving it 2, because the manager was nice and stopped what she was doing to answer my question and correct my order, but Essence... wow! Super rude and obnoxious! I know it was 30 min before closing, but you can't just say F* it in your line of work. She asked me "for here or to go?" I say to go and she doesn't say anything else just stays looking down, awkward silence, and she looks up and stands there looking at me like "are you going to order?" and she proceeded to roll her eyes and shake her head. I was expecting a "what would you like?" Or something to that effect, I didn't know what she was doing, if she was sleeping, having a moment or what as she just stayed staring down, it was so awkward and uncomfortable. I just had to laugh after the little attitude trip she had... a min later she hands me a medium cup when I asked and was charged for a large. Within seconds a guy comes up and asked for sweet tea, she decides to pour him a lemonade... mid pour she flops her arms and tilts her head up like "I'm dumb!" and just walks to the back. The guy had to waive at the manager so he could get his drink. WOW, just WOW!

I made the mistake during tax free weekend of stopping for a to go order of #3 thank goodness I went large on waffle fries and drink because the nuggets (8) were over cooked so crispy the inside was dry dry dry and chewy so I couldn't eat them and my lunch was just tea and fries. I wouldn't be so upset but I stopped where I thought was my favorite soft juicy chicken and the wait which was over 30 minutes after ordering.

It was lit... The food in point fresh and got the lemonade with light ice always a hitter and the cookies && cream milkshake ?? PHHEEWWW
