The reception and dispatch service is exceptional. That being said, all other aspects of this company are terrible. Employees are underpaid and their checks are bounced constantly. If you rent tools to work in the shop you do not get your money back. The owner, William Wilcox, has made it impossible to put this place down as previous job history since I left. Saying my work performance was poor, my attendance was spotty and I left beercans in company vehicles. Thanks for all the spiderwebs approved. You will not be missed

We had our car break down just outside Jefferson City and four people in our vehicle. We are from Iowa and had absolutely no one to pick us up, so they sent two tow trucks to be able to pick us all up and haul our vehicle to the repair shop. Both guys were incredibly friendly and helpful. We are so grateful!

We have gotten a Plymouth breeze it's paid off. And we have gotten a Ford explorer and a Lexus nice vehicles. And if there a problem with the last two vehicles they tryed there best to repair them. And the people are very nice
