First off let me say I have been skeptical of car dealers most of my life due to bad experiences. My experience at Longley Dodge Ram has been a complete 180 degree turnaround from that past. I did do research on dealer reviews prior to going to Fulton Longley Dodge and I must say the positive reviews are accurate and truthful based on my personal experience. Eric the finance manager and Don in sales were so easy going and answered all my question both via email and text messaging. What they said was truthful and honest and if they weren't sure they said so and then got me a answer to my question. After finalizing the paperwork Don spent time showing me all the truck features and making sure I was satisfied before leaving the dealership. The owner of the dealership even came out to the truck to answer a question I had about a truck component before I left.  How many owners would do that much less even be at the dealership after 5PM?
Good fair prices, honest people, and easy non pushy staff sells cars and trucks the way it was years ago.  If you are interested in a car or truck please make the short drive to Longley Dodge in Fulton NY and I am confident you wont be disappointed.

I would like to say that dealing with Longley Dodge Ram has been a good experience, but I can't, what I can say is it is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. The young lady who sold me the truck went above and beyond my expectations, Jennifer Daniels did an excellent job for me. And when is the last time you went to a dealership where the owner would actually give you the time of day, let alone try to help you get what you need? That was my buying experience at Longley's. So good isn't a strong enough word. Honesty rules with me and they give you that there. I never felt like a mark or prey when I walked in. Can't say that for many of the competitors of theirs I tried before settling on them, in short if you are in the market for a new Dodge, give them a try I won't shop anywhere else from now on.

1st time buying from Longley Bros. Have been buying cars for 30+ years, and can honestly say this experience was in the top 2 ever! Don Pinti was easy going, with no pressure at all. Worked very well with us to stay in our budget, and didn't try to get us to go "just a few dollars more" like in other dealerships.  I highly recommend buying from this "family dealership"! I was in search of going into a lease, as I pondered going to a lease as a long time Chevrolet owner! I inquired on the Dodge Truck lease and incentives. The sales woman Jennifer gave me time to think and decide? I am now a Dodge Truck owner and couldn’t be happier! I would recommend anyone to Longley Dodge! Everyone was so friendly and drive and care about your satisfaction,  and answer any questions professionally with excellent knowledge of vehicles they are selling you! Thank you Jennifer. My wife and I stopped by Longley Bros. in early January to start shopping for a new Ram as my lease was to end in March. I sat down with Jennifer Daniels and told her what I wanted as far as interior accessories etc. After crunching numbers we decided that the 2018 Ram 1500 Big Horn was going to be my best bet, unfortunately they didn't have one on the lot. Knowing how much I loved my 2015 Ram my wife and I agreed on a price and payments on a truck that I had not driven let alone seen in person. Fast forward a week and a half and I get a call from Jennifer telling me that my truck is on the lot. I could not be happier. The professionalism is second to none. Doug Longley also deserves credit as he helped answer many question along the way, including prior to our initial visit. I cannot praise the Longley Dodge Ram employees enough, and Jennifer Daniels puts every single person I've ever bought a vehicle through to shame. Because of her and my love for Rams I will forever be a Longley Bros. customer.
