I had an awesome buying experience at Fulton Ford!  I recently purchased my very first NEW car.  My sales associate was friendly, and professional.  I was lucky enough to get in on both a rebate and 1.9% financing offer.  I also got a very good price on my trade-in.  What a deal!!!   You should go and check them out!!

BEST experience we've ever had purchasing a new vehicle.  Everyone at the dealership is courteous, respectful and they listen to the customer.  A true "hometown" dealership!  After experiencing the "pushy" and somewhat rude attitude of the sales staff at several other dealerships,  I called Fulton Ford and spoke to Brad.  He was very courteous and took the time to listen to and answer all my questions without first wanting to know what I'm trading or how much money we were planning to put down on a truck. All the other dealerships didn't want to actually take the time to (listen) to what I was looking for in a truck.  Brad believes in treating everyone the way he would expect to be treated as a customer...with courteous respect. In the end, we were able to successfully execute an amicable deal over the phone before my wife and I drove the 120 miles to the dealership.  Upon arriving,  he had the truck ready to go go and we were in and out in a very short time. We send out a big Thank You to the staff at Fulton Ford and highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a pleasurable, stress free buying experience. Other dealerships should take note of this true hometown dealer!!

Was told to bring my car at 1:30 for my inspection. So I brought it on my lunch. Not only did I have to wait over a half hour past the time, the man Terry was extremely rude. I understand being busy, but it was unnecessary. I'll just take it somewhere else and surly won't recommend anyone coming here to the service department. The bald headed guy was really nice tho.

Will never go here again. The salesman was rude and disrespectful when I was looking for a vehicle. He was very prejudice towards me. And I am a plus size white single female. Just an fyi to women who go to try to buy a car or truck there. They look down on you and are very disrespectful.
