Purchased a Blue VW New Beetle convertible from Carz & More. Staff was up front that the transmission did not always shift correctly. During the extended test drive everything operated correctly. Weeks after I purchased the VW, on trips more than an hour, the transmission would shift hard. Bottom line, these folks go way beyond what many dealers do to make sure the buyer knows exactly what they are buying. I look at their website every time I or Family members are looking for a car. Great to have folks like this in the used car business.
