Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Great food, great staff. Like most fast food restaurants- they’re struggling too. Finding good employees is very challenging. The ones there are great, just not enough good ones out there to find. I’m finding this a big issue for most fast food and table side service too. I hope we find better solutions to this problem. This restaurant is always clean and I’ve always had great hot food!

I agree with another reviewer about the woman (I believe her name is Jessica), who is rude. I thought maybe I caught her on a bad day, but apparently this is a regular thing with her. She acted like it was an inconvenience to answer a simple question. And when she was handing me back my card, I wasn’t paying attention for like 10 seconds and she was hanging it out of the window and say “MA’AM YOUR CARD,” rudely. I get being frustrated when working customer service, especially if the customer is being legitimately an ass, but you don’t let it effect your outward appearance and behavior to that extent. It seems like maybe this employee needs a change of scenery or doesn’t need to work in customer service.

I gave them 3 stars because other than the occasional interaction with whatsherface, my experience is normally pleasant.

Pretty terrible location. Last two times picked up things to go or drive thru, order was missing items and messed up. First time the corporate office gave me a free meal to come back. Wasn’t really a great deal since I paid for the last one and didn’t actually get what I paid for. So the second trip they screwed up the exact same thing as the first. Manager in store just told me I needed to drive back. Second time you screw up the same order and I have to go out of my way to make it up. Tried to call corporate and after getting told off by their corporate office and asking to speak to a manager, I was told no and if that person wasn’t good enough to speak with then I could just disconnect. Called back and asked for a manager and was told a manager would follow up as soon as they were free. Another lie as 5 hours later no phone call. So never got the food I paid for, terrible store manager, and terrible dishonest corporate customer service. See them as winning customer service of the year!
