My experience over the last three visits here has been pretty poor. Just today we got Blizzards through the drive through and over two thirds! was plain ice cream. 

Last visit a few weeks ago we got Blizzards that were only half ice cream and most of the tables were dirty. An employee heard me mention that and told a manager but the whole time we were there no employee came out to clean.

Then about a month ago we came to the store to get the "snow day" ice cream deal on blizzards and an employee argued saying that this deal was only good when it was currently snowing. A snow which City officials advised everyone to stay home for.

So this store either doesn't fully blend their Blizzards, considers Blizzards to be like ice cream sundays or are simply shorting customers toppings. Their "snow day" blizzard sale rules say you should come into the store when it is most dangerous to do so, to claim it.  This performance is pretty sad considering I believe a corporate office is located on the upstairs of this building.  I hope this review will spur them to change.

Lunch at a terrific price, including desert. What a great value. The staff here is always fast and friendly. The tables here could be a little cleaner than they are.

Great staff and great food when on the go!!

My favorites are the DQ sandwiches many others make them but theirs are the best! All of my children and grandchildren ask for their birthday cakes to be bought there! That’s a lot cakes! I’m up to 14 a year!

I couldn't tell if they were understaffed or just had their entire staff in the kitchen. Took awhile and then we we sat down they neglected to bring my OJ. Gotta have that OJ, though, so we mentioned it to someone and they brought it over. The staff was friendly, just seemed a bit overwhelmed. Come on, DQ corporate--raise your minimum wage to attracted more employees!

The food always tastes fresh for breakfast. They have quick biscuits and gravy that taste great! The staff is very friendly and nice. They also are very efficient and can serve quickly. I always use the drive thru and my orders are never wrong. This is a good fast food style restaurant.
