Went to this Arctic Circle recently because it has a fun kids play place that is actually open. The food was good. I got a Taco Salad and there was a very nice employee lady that helped me and made my salad exactly the way I wanted. I'm a very picky eater and she made my food correctly. Salad was good. The taco meat in the salad was hot and tasted fresh. I did really like the tortilla bowl. Everything was good and they do accept their Arctic Circle coupons from their website that you can show them on your cell phone. Will return again. Thanks :
I love Arctic Circle, but they really let me down this time. Normally, their chicken tenders are crispy but instead they were soggy, not-so-well cooked tenders. Even the fries were soggy. It’s not worth the price if they come out this way. I’m very dissatisfied.
Came in while waiting for the bus to come. It was my first time at an Artic Circle and I was pleasantly surprised. The milkshake price was a little high, and they forgot to add my marshmallow mix in. That's why I dock the star. Still very tasty, though. Kid-friendliness: Restaurant includes kids play area.
Hands down the best food experience I've ever had. Food was great restaurant was clean but the overall experience with the employees was exceptional. I ordered a large meal from my family reached into my pocket to pay and I forgot my wallet. Went to leave and your managerassuming with the way he presented himself payed for my meal. His mentality in doing this goes towards ideology in the greater man. He simply asked me to pay it forward. I will with pleasure, but know arctic circle, this establishment is doing better not cause of your policy's but by the great staff holding down the place.
Nothing made me sick and they got the order right. The cheese curds were good. Everything else was meh at best. You have to ask the employees for everything: straws, fry sauce, even the bathroom access. Service was decent. If I do come back it will just be for the ice cream, not the average or below fast food.
Insanely slow drive thru and they’re way too pricey for what you get. We got a couple shakes and they were really disappointing. The pumpkin pie shake was missing the whip cream and was so overly spiced. What a waste of time and money. I’d rather go get a pint of ice cream at the store for much cheaper.
wont be surprised when this article circle goes out of business..:/ not very happy with how much prices have gone up. i paid $15 for ONE 10 piece chicken rings combo meal with a shake instead of a drink… that’s like a dollar something per chicken ring. they don’t do sweet and sour sauce anymore which is unfortunate. Not to mention, the chicken rings weren’t even quality food. and the fries were just warm, like they were microwaved. & they’re short staffed and don’t seem happy to serve customers. the 2 stars are for the 2 people that had to do their job even tho they were short staffed. but wish they atleast had a better attitude about it. i know when i’m short staffed, i do everything in my power to get the job done with a smile and don’t let that affect how i work. I used to love artic circle but unfortunately, i won’t be going to any artic circle again because of how down hill it has gone:/ the prices are ridiculous now. doesn’t even make sense‍
The lady who made our shakes on Wednesday afternoon at around 3:45 was so nice and sweet and kept calling us darling she was such a nice and cute lady. Love her!!!!
They said “give it a moment your food will ready” 4 mins later I get cold fries and semi warm burger.. if you’re that lazy and don’t like your job WHY WORK HERE!? You ruin the food experience and mess up others franchise you put zero to no effort in your roles… how pathetic
We showed up here at 3:30 on a Tuesday. We were driving past and the last Arctic Circle my fiancé went to closed over 40 years ago in California! He nostalgically got the same burger he had last time, the #8, combo. He did remark that the price was considerably more, as the last burger he had was $0.24! I had the taco salad, which was HUGE, and served in a huge corn tortilla bowl. Jeff spent quite a bit of time talking about how wet and juicy the burgers were….first bite? Soaked his burger box and both hands. He loved the fry sauce, and the huckleberry shake tasted like a pie with ice cream. The service was exemplary!
