DH & I get the BEST deals here!  This is our favorite ARC store here in the Springs!   I thought the prices were down right ....almost FREE!  Asics gel nimbus ...like new running shoes $3.50!  Sheepskin slippers/like new $1.50.  A fleece lap throw, new, still in the package, $2.50.  They can't go any lower or they'd have to pay US to shop there!

The Unitah Arc store has to be my absolute favorite thrift store for 10 years. I still adore some of the staff who go out of their way to be nice and are helpful. The current manager isn't nice. He seems annoyed if you ask him any questions and I felt I was treated like a nuisance. The prices have been steady raising. I have several pieces of Paparazzi jewelry, which sells for $5.00 new, they had several necklaces priced at $12.99 used and missing the earrings. It's time corporate take a look at their pricing because at those prices I am no longer going to donate to the Arc. The 2 stars are for the good staff.

I’ve been shopping here for over 10 years. I don’t know if they changed management or what, but the prices are ridiculous now! I went in for baby clothes and a pair of infant jeans was $5. Not even a brand name. I understand the need to make money but I think if you over charge like this, you need to start paying people for making donations. I’m going to start donating to goodwill so I know the people rebuying my stuff aren’t getting ripped off!

This is a great ARC to shop at. It's clean and well organized. However, I would suggest using the restroom before going shopping. Their restrooms are not as clean or as "fresh" smelling as the rest of the store is.

This place used to be great, but not so much anymore.  Their prices are out of line with what things cost.  Shopping any other day except for the half off days results in mostly paying m.s.r.p. for things that are used and have been donated(i.e. garanimals for $3 and it's not just the clothes).  With the exception of maybe two people a man and a woman, their customer service is fantastic, but get one of those two and you will wish you hadn't shopped there.   I love what this store strives to do, but I feel it is being mismanaged at a cost to it's loyal customers.
