Love Popeyes Fast, delicious, good service and nice stuff. The restaurant itself is not crowded and very clean. Food was ready for us in 7-10 minutes. The price of the meal is about 10$ per person. This is by far the worst customer service experience of my life. This place was a place I can go to no questions asked. Was my favorite place but never again. If I could give NO STARS I would. I came is this evening to get last minute dinner and instead of “how can I help you” I got ”what do you want” I told him my order which was an order of 3 five piece tenders combo large with all Cajun fries and two sprite and one coke. I got to the window and was rudely told 40.39 gave me a payment. Then rudely given my drink and I ask for a drink holder nicely was ignored four times and so I ask the lady in the back to give me a drink holder. But the rude guy at the window came back gave me my drink holder and slammed the door in my face. I wanted a refund immediately but they never answered the door again and I was already in a rush and was not gonna have argue with the person and everyone other coworkers and manager just watched and did nothing I didn’t raise my voice once. I stayed calm and to come home to this. This is unacceptable in the customer service industry no I have work so I know there are bad days but this. I will never come back to this place again. The fact that I should go back and get a refund is totally ridiculous but karma is much worst. DONT COME HERE EVER!!!!!!! Don’t even start with biscuit thrown in the bag either.
This is one of favorite Popeyes locations. I try to go when it isn't too busy, as I know sometimes they have a bit of a hard time with too many customers at once. That being said, their service is great, the place is usually pretty clean, but best of all, their chicken is top notch. I love their crispy chicken sandwich most of all. It's tender and filled with flavor. The fries in blackened ranch sauce are superb as well. The tenders are also good but have more of a crunch to them. Great food.
Our order was filled quickly and correctly, tasted great! Service was good too. I saw a lot of bad reviews, based on this note from the director of operations they are working changing things for the better. I thought it was neat that he had set that note on the counter where you order.
When we arrived the drive up was kind of long. We had never been there before so went inside to look at menu and get takeout. We ordered, we waited for almost one half hour. I went to ask what was happening and employee stated, you are 96 right? Well it is at least ten minutes more, we are out of chicken, but i could see trays of it ready. Although told him this was fine. In the meantime no less than six grub hub and 3 call in orders came in and they filled all their orders first. They filled all drive up orders, at least six cars after where we would have been. I went to ask again as it had been 15 more minutes. I was advised they were starting my order now. pretty slow for simply 2 biscuits and 5 pcs of chicken. I know they were working hard, but we sure didn't feel like any priority. We wanted a quick bite and could have gone elsewhere, sat down and eaten by then. A guy right before us sat, down and finished and left before we got our food. Food was fine and fresh, just need to fix this issue. Thanks much.
Went to get two meals and an extra side. After ordering the first meal, we said that we have a separate order. Asked for the other meal and the side. Went to window and were told the total is $32. We explained that we had two separate orders, they replied with "okay, your first order is $32." We told them nevermind and paid for both orders with one payment method. They asked if we'd pull around to the front and wait 5 minutes so they could bring our food to us. We said okay and took the only empty spot right in front of the building. After waiting 15 minutes, I went inside. A lady was about to walk outside with two bags of food so I showed my receipt and asked if it was my order. She said that someone else came out but couldn't find me.... How hard did they try?? So I got my food and left.... but wait, there's more. One meal was for mashed potatoes and an extra biscuit, the other other was with fries and an extra order of mashed potatoes. We received soggy fries in both and no extra biscuit. The blackened chicken was okay, probably would've been better if it hadn't been sitting for so long. Never again will I go to this location. They don't seem to value order accuracy or their customer's time.
30 minute wait for my food 11 piece family meal through the drive through. I get that it was busy, but there was no "sorry for the wait" or "thanks for your patience" or any acknowledgement at all. The also forgot a part of my order 3 piece beignet and had to wait for them to correct that too, again with no word of apology. Good food, for sure, but the team needs some customer service training.
Always check your drive-through order. I kick myself everything I trust that the order is right and just head home. Today I ordered a 12 piece mixed, spicy, and had to park in front while they cooked more spicy chicken. After 10 minutes of waiting they brought the bag out, large box in a large bag and I'm thinking it's all good. Get home and there's only 8 pieces of chicken on the frckin box. I was too passed to drive all the back so I just took the L. My fault foe not checking before I left. At least the 3rd time this has happened so I'm not trusting them anymore.
Food is great, but customer service is total garbage! The guys/girls who work the drive through should put more effort into helping instead of standing there staring at everyone working, if your going to allow employees to stand around then make sure their also standing around waiting to take walk in orders because it should not take 10 minutes to be acknowledged and have your order taken, nor should an employee whose standing around say no you have to wait for this person to place your order. Do better Popeyes do better!
Again, I don't know why Google keeps asking me to review fast food, it's a Popeyes, you know what you're getting with Popeyes. This one isn't bad but I reserve higher ranks for better restaurants. This one gets things done relatively quick though, so that's a plus.Food: 3/5
