They have my son when he broke his hand, they were very caring and considerate about their patients everything is very organized and the doctors listened to it the patient had to say and they asked a lot of questions very nice and caring people.

Dr. Champagne saved my hand my wrist was crushed, I am able to do my job as a hairdresser for the last 15 Yrs.

Hurt both hands and wrists in a car accident. No breaks just sprained but very sore and limited in use. Was looking for guidance in healing. What I got was condescension. My guess is because I was cash pay and did not need surgery. Every staff member at the Mesa and Phoenix locations were extremely rude, slow and unprofessional! In my 3 visits I experienced at least 1 and a half hour wait passed my appointment time and had several nurses come in my room for supplies for other patients. Each time they entered they were discussing these other patients and how gross their injuries were! MOST UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE ENVIRONMENT EVER!

I was bit by a rattlesnake and have had terrible pain. I have been treated by both Dr. Champaigne and Dr. Zoldos. Both doctors have been very empathetic. The steroid shots have helped a great deal. They have in office fleuroscopy that makes the needle placement much less painful. I frequently recommend them to friends and family. If you need help with a hand issue they are the guys you want to see!

Not a good experience. I went in for an 1100am appointment. At 1200 I told the receptionist that I had another appointment ai 130pm and asked when I was going to be seen. I was told they were 30 min behind when they were already an hour behind. I canceled my appointment and rescheduled and the only appointment was 10 days out. Very disappointing. 10 more days with a broken hand.
