My appointment was at 12:30pm... I sat and waited until 1:30 to be seen, so an hour of my time already has been wasted. It should NEVER take more than 30 minutes to get a patient checked in. Then the on site chiropractor was about as about as pleasant as a root canal. No, “Hi how are you?”. It was strictly business, he didn’t even introduce himself. For all I knew, he was a strange man asking me questions about my health. Then they told me they couldn’t qualify based upon the paperwork I had provided (truly MY mistake) but they could if I returned the same day with the correct paperwork. I returned less than an hour later, and here I am, at 5pm.... 4 and a half hours after my appointment, and I’m still in the waiting room.

Messed up the birth date on my application (by forty years) and now I am stuck waiting for them to reprocess the entire application again which will be a week or more without pain medicine (cannabis). For $200 you guys can't get the application you fill out for a living correct?

I will always recommend this clinic! They make the process very easy and are always willing to answer questions. There is usually a wait, but that's to be expected at any doctor's office, so as long as you're patient the experience is worth every penny!

This is my second time here and they are just rude. You can hear the ladys talking bad about dealing with  customers. If you are a walk in be sure you dont have any plans because you'll be here for a few hours. And if you have an appointment dont expect to have it at your appointment time. On the bright side once you are finally called back it only takes 15 mins then you are out.

What keeps a business in business is   customers . I saw this company's ad and reviews  that said $50  certification so I called and asked before I drove 20 miles and the receptionist confirmed it .  I was told on the phone certification was $50 they decided to tell me at the very end of my appointment that it was  $75 . And then the prices kept getting higher and higher  .  Scammers. False Advertising.  I rather write this than see anyone else go there and be scammed out  the price they were quoted. I waited 2 hours to be seen and they kept taking walk ins over there appointments.  The supervisor  blamed it on the fact that the women answering the phones was in training and that she gave me the wrong information .but  I heard her telling other customers waiting In The lobby  that it was  50  so if it was your mistake why was I charged 75?    This place needs a dose of news channel 3 on your side.
