Arizona Storage Inns is the BEST! They are so nice, friendly, helpful, and awesome! We were in desperate need of a place to put our things immediately, and we found AZ storage inns and they had a nice unit available right away. Amber is so kind and we love her! She is also great with Miss Betty, our chihuahua (we bring her everywhere). The whole experience was positive from move-in to move-out. These folks are great at providing quality customer service. Our unit was clean when we arrived and we are so happy we went through Arizona storage inns! Thank you guys! 5 stars

I have had a storage unit here for around 3 years now and I have never had an issue. Storage units are nice and prices are good. The new manager Amber is one of the friendliest people I have encountered in a long time. She takes time to get to know her customers. The first time I had met her she was very friendly and welcoming.  I didn't go the office again for over a month and she still remembered me and what we had talked about. Would recommend anyone needing a storage in this area to come here to the Tempe office.

We were looking for a place to park our work trucks and visited several storage places but noticed that the spaces that were still available weren’t laid out well for our needs. The next day we heard from Amber (the current manager of Arizona Storage Inns) and she was calling to see if she could earn our business, she thought she could make something work for us. She was so nice and helpful and she didn’t want our situation to become a roadblock. I really appreciate people who think outside the box and work extra hard for your business! Good customer service is very hard to come by these days but this place lucked out getting such a great employee! Thank you Amber for all you continued help and follow ups, your the best!

We stored a vehicle here.  Amber was great and we had an absolutely wonderful experience with them.  Will be our spot for any storage needs.  Highly recommend.

Amber went above and beyond to help when circumstances required us to quickly store our car.  She catered to our individual needs, was extremely easy to work with, promptly followed up with emails and phone calls and, to top it off, was very personable.  Absolutely a great experience!!!
