Found the best storage facility I’ve ever used! Tempe location for aaa alliance self storage was the fastest and most easy experience I’ve ever had, not to mention the couple that runs the facility is adorable and provides the absolute best customer service!

This is a overall good storage place with a great deal in a good location. The staff is all great except Ryan who works up front is very rude!

In regards to AAA Alliance Self Storage: I strongly recommend them to any client that wants to store theri items in a clean, safe and well lit environment. They are always courteous and pleasant to any potential customer. Celia & Lino

Customer Service was AWESOME; storage unit was clean, and facilities well kept.  Process was quick and easy, and great move in specials!

Unit seems fine, staff has been friendly, I was referred by a friend. I received a late notice by text which is how I found out I had not been set up for automatic payments as I believed I was, when I called they said a form had to be signed and I don't understand why that wasn't addressed at sign up (I thought I had it set up) or why I did not receive any bill and only received a late notice. Receiving an email bill is standard, it seems ridiculous that I only found out it was not and had to be requested after the late notice.
