Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, safe well maintained area. Great experience overall!

My one complaint (reason this doesn't get 5 stars) is that the company raised my rates after 1 year. When I first purchased my storage unit, I recall asking verbally if the rate was fixed at the initial price indefinitely, and being assured it wouldn't changed. When I mentioned my dismay at this price increase one year later (when the price increased), a different person told me it's in my contract that the rate could change at any time. I admittedly didn't read my contract very carefully (it was a little hectic around moving day when I first rented the storage unit), so it's partly my fault. Regardless, I feel like raising rates on existing customers is very poor business practice. However, the people at this particular location aren't responsible for that, so they get 5 stars for being helpful and great.

Super friendly staff! 

☆ KAYLA IS FANTASTIC! ☆ ~ She is extremely nice and funny!  She is the reason why I will stay at this location. Very informative and always willing to help! Hurry!!! Someone give this woman a raise! She is bringing your company tons of business and keeping them around making you a lot of money. I would have to say if Kayla leaves... I will be leading with her!

However, they do have the cheapest rates in the area right now! Reserve online for a discount and only $1 dollar for first months rent! 

*•▪BRING your own LOCK with you when you go to look at the units though. 

Their policy is that the unit has to be secured at time of inspection and if you dont have a lock in your pocket they will charge you  $20 bucks for for a lock.

Glory was so very helpful, efficient and well trained.  A very well managed facility where staff is helpful, the place is clean and storage units are well kept and safe. Thank you!

I was looking around at a couple different units and Haley was so helpful in finding the right unit for me with the best price. Definitely coming back here to rent in the New Year!

Always clean and the office staff is great, Erin and Ariah today. Came in to get some information on downsizing my unit, they always answer all my questions no matter who is in the office.
