After i signed the contract and paid the rent to move in. All hell broke loose! It is multiple people playing band rehearsals. i went to complain and nothing was done about it. Now i cant go to my storage to organize and clean it up due to the extremely loud  band rehearsal noises giving me a HEADACHE. it sucks! i will be very happy when i move out. i would never recommend anyone to rent from this facility.

Roof leaks and buildings are very humid, no pest control!!
Many of my belongings were ruined due to water and mold damage, including a wood bed frame, mattress set, clothes and shoes.
When I addressed the issue with the owner he could care less about my belongings being ruined and only offered to move me into a adjoining unit. Which would not fix the problem, as the issue remains with the buildings. At the very least he could have apologized for the damage and offered me a discount on the unit until I could arrange to move my things out of the facility. No effort was made on his part to retain my business or fix the problems. Stay away from this location.

I've moved out, but if I need to store my things in the future I'll definitely be back here.

Horrible!! New Fat guy that had the worst customer service and top of that stole the lock  off my storage.
