They will over charge you. Not allow your wife to go in the room with you to have work done she has to say in the lobby. They will tell you that some teeth need work when other teeth that are worse off they will not touch and they will not tell you this. They do not care about the patients feelings or anything else. They do not go over the exact cost of crowns just that it will cost this then you find out later that it will be at least double what they told you. Never go to this dentist office they schedule your appointments you call to change them they tell you they are changed and they don't actually change them then when they show up they tell you they completely got to reschedule you to another day after you already drove an hour and a half to get to your appointment. And then when you call the corporate office which doesn't have a direct number so you call the one on Facebook and they refused to help you and tell you they just have a big call center and they don't want to give you the number for there either.

I've been a patient since 07. The customer service line is horrible. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The doctors are not professional. The way the business is run is exactly why they have changed their business name more than 4 times. They don't do permanent retainer due to it causing bad breath but use cheap materials for the Essex retainers so you have to get them replaced ever 3 months it less. I broke and swallowed a part my retainer 2 weeks after it was make and no one called me back after I life messages to address the concern. The office hours are not convenient for working adults or children. They are always over packed and understaff. They don't floss your teeth when you have braces when schedules for a cleaning which is un-exceptable. This has by far been the worst experience over the last 11 years and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. If you are 24 and younger needing braces, it's best to go to My Village in Bentonville. If you are older, Google and do your research. Don't ever go here!!!!!

Worst clinic I've ever been to. They dont remind you of apointments. They reschedule monthes later and on the day of the appointment they keep you waiting way past your appointed time. They're also very rude to clients. Do not give them your money.

I'm not sure why this place has low reviews. I've had several great experiences with them. They got me in quickly for a root canal appointment when other places could not. The employees and doctor were really nice. I even had a break down in my car driving in one day and had to reschedule a half hour before my appointment. I can see how that would normally be very annoying, but they were completely understanding and got me in another day that worked for me.

Worst desntist EVER they are always running behind!! I always have to wait about 30 minutes to be seen. Ridiculous.. Then why they give you a time if they are not going to respect it. They dont think that poeple have to WORK or GO BACK to school!!
And they are so cheap, the staff up in the front is RUDE . and. Of course you get what you pay so ... Bad service . Awful service. I cannot wait to get my braces off so i dont have to go there ever again!
