I started treatment with his company for braces about 20 months ago, and was never given updated reports on my progression. My orthodontist was not personable at all. When my braces were taken off the dental assistant recommended further treatment, but my orthodontist reassured me they should be taken off. With that being said, I took the orthodontist recommendation. I experienced pain for days because my bite on the right side was off, and was very displeased with the appearance as well. This is unacceptable, considering, I am paying a hundred dollars a month for my treatment. I am continuing to endure this situation due to the fact that I signed a contract, but I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please do your research before getting treatment with this brand.

Horrible place. I had to give one star to review. They deserve none. The orthodontist was rude and had no bedside manner. Would not recommend. But once you pay the thousands of dollars and sign a contract you are stuck. My daughters teeth look the same!

Only came here because of the orthodontics for my daughter. The smile team is good along with the orthodontist. Problem is, I never get appointment reminders, EVER. Second problem is, it appears to be a never ending bill. Had my daughter at Fayetteville office in November and was told the balance on my account was $1052.00, called today as I wanted this never ending bill to be paid off, was told today the payoff was over $1400. Will never EVER recommend this place to anyone!!!!

CAN I GIVE THIS OFFICE 10 STARS?!?! The entire staff including the doctor were SUPER friendly and made me feel at ease through the whole appointment. Will definitely be coming back and referring all my friends and family!!!

I'm impressed with the staff from the receptionists, hygienists, and assistants. I have always been treated well as a valued patient. Dr. Cauldwell has provided great care. He did an excellent job with a root canal and crown replacement.
