I've never seen a orthodontist with such a high amount of Hindenburg themed pictures on the wall. I actually found it quite uplifting. After several visits, I was really vibin with it. They gave me goodie bags every time that included steampunk style glasses. I still use these when I go fishing. Actually, I almost lost them recently because I hooked a 9.7 lbs bass. It was quite a fight, but once I finally got it up my glasses were on the edge of my nose!!!! I thought they were almost gone. Tbh, it would have been hard for me to decide which was more important- the bass, or the steampunk style glasses. I suppose both isn't so bad, right? Anyway, I would highly recommend them to most of my friends. The only problem I had with the sinks were that they weren't decorated. Aside from the lackluster sinks, poorly drawn children photos posted on the walls, and low quality kaleidoscopes, the glasses made up for it.

Fired these dimwits today, another frustrating appointment with the grouchy hillbilly from Tennessee who appears to neither shower nor shave regularly.   

Grouchy, incompetent and chronically over booked, can barely hear/speak over the loud speaker noise of bad music echoing full blast through the joint like you're in a bar room - he says we need new braces after we just spent 3 years in braces; says adult teeth coming in now are crowding out the other adult teeth already there and although we had several teeth pulled and wore an upper jaw expander, his efforts were pointless and the retainer will not handle the new growth of teeth.     Long story - google won't let me tell it all based on word count here, but trust me, these folks suck.  DO NOT GO THERE.  He wants another $3k to re-do all the work we just paid to suffer through  and says he needs to do the bottom teeth now.  FAT CHANCE OF THAT, he will not touch my kid again, or my money!!!!!! 

Do not hire these people!  They get your money up front then treat you like dirt with bad attitudes and incompetent care!

Find another orthodontist.  Seriously, do not do business with these incompetent people or your life will be filled with brain exploding frustration.  For the 3rd time today, I took off work, picked my child up from school and drove to our appointment only to find the office locked up tight.  I missed work (as in wages $$), he missed classes, and the folks at this place just don't seem to give a crap that their service is so completely 3rd world quality.  

I called them as I sat in the parking lot today, they informed me they were closed even though only 2 hours earlier I had called and was given an appointment for an emergency repair on his wires.

The problem is (one problem anyway) their phone service answers calls for several dentists all over the NWA region  (you can't just call your local office)   and the low skill girls who answer those phones are too busy popping bubble gum and taking selfies for FB to pay attention to the fact that they are assigning appointments TO AN OFFICE THAT IS NOT EVEN OPEN!    I even verified with the girl, "11:10 in SILOAM SPRINGS."  And she said yes, Siloam Springs.

I verified with her because twice before I've arrived to a closed office - so today I ASKED HER, I VERIFIED WITH HER which town, and she still told me the wrong town.  Three times now they've done this to me.

Another problem is if your child's wires break, getting in for an emergency repair is nearly impossible, for the reasons already stated.    Oh sure, they might have another location open an hour away in a different town - but the office here, where I live, in Siloam, is almost never open which means that instead of missing an hour of work for a repair, we have to miss 3 hours due to the long drive.  

They force you to pay the whole fee up front, so there is no recourse for customers to go else where.  However, when they are done with this pre-paid phase of work, I will absolutely find another orthodontist that is NOT associated with this company.  I have another child too, and when his turn comes up next year, I absolutely will not use this place for his care.

Shop around, look for an office that actually cares about you as an individual customer instead of this place that is the equivalent of getting orthodontic care by teen age McDonald's fry cooks.   Horrible place!

The orthodontist didn't listen to my request for metal braces. He pushed the Invisiline on me so much that I gave in. During the fitting stage he didn't have the correct gel and tried six times with the wrong stuff. When I asked what the problem was he took it personally and said I wasn't knowledgeable enough to understand. What I do understand is that after 2 hours they finally told me they didn't have the necessary ingredients and that I would have to reschedule. 
I already missed three hours of work and life, so no I am not going back.
Other people were having a lot of issues during my time there.
Go somewhere that they care for your time and teeth and not just the money.

This orthodontist business is the absolute worse. There used to be another dentist there but the one there now is absolutely horrible and is grouchy hateful old man that seems not to care for children. Things have changed since we first began and we could get in without any issues at the office we were used to being seen at but now they are only open once a week "because the orthodontist travels." My son is in pain yet they can't get him in. This is absolutely ridiculous and I would recommend staying far away from this business!
