I will be the first to admit that one of the reasons I haven't been to a dentist in over a decade is a general dislike for the experiences I've had in the past. I now know that it was my former dentist in Wisconsin who is to blame! Everyone here is very, very nice and their "bedside manners" are beyond reproach. 

At each step of the process, from the cleaning to the consult with the dentist to the explanation of how my insurance will handle everything, I genuinely felt that they had my best interest in mind. 

Best dentist office I have ever visited, hands down! (And they got rid of two nasty brown stains I thought I was stuck with forever!) HIGHLY recommended. I almost forgot to mention: their technology seems to be state-of-the-art, and everyone seems very well-trained in all of its use. Great people!

I have had nothing but excellent, attentive, personable service at Bold dental. I am particularly impressed with the care provided to my sister who was visiting AR for a few days and had an emergency situation when her tooth cap was dislodged during lunch at a restaurant. I called Bold dental immediately to see if we could schedule an emergency appointment for her although she was not a client. They did not hesitate to fit her in to the schedule and in less than 24 hours she was able to get in and get the tooth repaired before we had to travel out-of-state the next day. I am appreciative of the timely, quality service we received! Thanks for an excellent experience!

I had a great experience at Bold Dental today.  I was extremely impressed with the level of service and expertise!  Wonderful facility and staff.  I have had a very difficult time with my teeth over the years.  I have been to lots of different dental offices, but none like this.  Dr. Johnson was very informative, and I feel like a understand my options to the point that now I can decide which treatment is best for me.

The staff really help you save what money you can on dental treatments, they pointed out a cheap insurance alternative that I could use.  The hygienists I have had were fairly gentle on my gums and personable.  The dentist communicated with me about what he was doing, and was very quick with drilling my teeth and putting in fillings.  When I had some pain, they fit me in that day for a check up and adjustment of my bite where the filling had too little space between the teeth, for free.  My three visits have been a great experience, and I intend to keep going there for the duration of my stay in Fayetteville.

I only went here because my insurance referred me to these people. They seem very money hungry. Every time I've been there, they're always trying to sell me something or try to have me come back for unnecessary treatment. The doctor, very cute I have to admit, only saw me once and never talked to me again after that.The girl who's seen me the other times I've been there, comes off as sarcastic and bitchy at times. Not a good experience.
